How to Best Use this Course
This course is designed to reinforce the core concepts by reviewing them each week so that these cultural concepts become part of your leadership and culture. They can be used to lead a team discussion or can be used by one leader to improve their individual leadership skills. Each module has a “book lesson” corresponding with the materials in the VP Culture Workbook (available in print or in PDF download from the course). The book lesson contains the core concepts. The additional lessons contain additional stories, discussions, and scientific materials to expand the materials.
